Cowboy Bark
If you've ever tried Trader Joe's Cowboy Bark, you know how addictive it is. Cowboy Bark is a copycat recipe for homemade candy bark that's just as good as the kind from Trader Joe's. This no bake recipe takes about 5 minutes to make, and is loaded with satisfyingly sweet ingredients. Melted chocolate is topped with toffee bits, nuts, pretzels and Oreos. The combination is out-of-this-world good and so easy to make in large quantities!

This looks great. Whenever I travel to an area that's blessed with a Trader Joe's, I have to stop in. I've never had their Cowboy Bark, but I can easily see how amazingly addictive this could be. I like that this is a really fast and simple recipe to make and that it's very flexible in terms of the variety of toppings. I'm tempted to add some shredded coconut along with the nuts and pretzels. I really need to make some of this and try it.
