Santa's White Fudge
Santa did not leave presents this year, but instead Santa's White Fudge, and it's great! This stocking stuffer comes straight from the north pole and is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. It will become one of your favorite dessert recipes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup candies cherries, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- In large heavy skillet, mix first 5 ingredients; cook to softball stage .
- Remove from heat; let stand 15 minutes.
- Add vanilla and beat; add cherries and nuts.
- Pour into buttered 8x8 inch pan.
