Snow Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
- 1 cup icing (confectioners) sugar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- coconut
Instructions
Cream butter and peanut butter. Add icing sugar and Rice Krispies. Roll into balls. Roll into icing sugar and 3 Tbsp. water. Roll in coconut and chill.
