    Sour Cream Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 tsps butter
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Instructions

    Combine sugar, salt, and sour cream and cook to soft ball stage. Stir occasionally. Add butter and cool to lukewarm, do not stir. After 15-20 minutes when cooled, beat vigorously until the mixture loses its gloss. Add nuts, and spread in buttered dish.
