I've been making Velveta Fudge for 10 years or more. Make it twice a year only my recipe calls for a pound of cheese and is double of everything in the above recipe. My recipe makes 7 lbs. and believe me when my Christmas guests left this time there was hardly enough for our own sweet tooth. They knew this fudge would be part of my goodies. Next time I will put some back before setting it out for the guests.
