White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating, melted
- 3/4 cup pecans
Instructions
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer unti smooth; gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well. Stir in candy coating and pecans. Spread into a buttered 8 inch square pan; refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares. Yields: 2 lbs.

A few years ago you had a recipe for the white-chocolate fudge on the cans of condensed milk. I can't remember the exact name, "Fiesta Funge" or something like that. Anyway, I lost my recipe. I bought one of your cook books hoping that it would be in there, but it wasn't. This was a really good fudge, and I would love to have the recipe again.
