- 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 Medium Onions
- 14 ounces Beef Broth
- 1 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 8 ounces Diced Green Chile Peppers
- 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 8 ounces Sour Cream
- 2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 12 Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa Verde

Preheat oven to 325 F. Trim fat from meat. In a small bowl, combine 4 teaspoons of the chili powder, the cumin, and oregano.
