Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 package spaghetti or other pasta
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In fry pan, brown meat, stirring until light brown and crumbly. Add onions, celery and green pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer a few minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Cook pasta, drain.
- In buttered 2-quart casserole, combine pasta, sauce and blue cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
