I was surprised by the fact that this had macaroni and cheese from a box and real cheddar was added to it. I love the idea that cream of broccoli soup was used, but was also hoping for a bit more broccoli. Next time I would add some broccoli to the casserole as well. Add some to the macaroni towards the end of cooking time so it doesn't stay hard in the oven.
