Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 4 cups cooked pasta to al dente state
- 4 extra-large eggs
- 1/2 cup baby dill
- 1 vegetable low sodium bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut out the woody ends of asparagus. Then slice thinly the bottom part of asparagus and leave the upper leafy part whole.

In blender mix eggs, dill, bouillon cube, milk, garlic cloves, cayenne pepper, mustard, salt, pepper and handful of sliced asparagus.

Mix pasta with asparagus slices, half of the cheese and milk mixture. Transfer the mixture to oiled oven safe dish. Sprinkle the other half of cheese on top and then arrange the asparagus tops (leafy parts) on top of the cheese.

Brush asparagus with olive oil and pop to oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve piping hot and enjoy!
