- 4 large pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 medium onion, cut in slices
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl combine, onion soup mix, water, cream of mushroom soup, and slices of onion.

In a large skillet, brown pork chops on each side. When done transfer to a casserole dish and cover with soup mixture.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is done.
