Potato Pork Chop Casserole
I love me some pork chops! Potato Pork Chop Casserole has everything that my appetite desires, all in one dish! Cheesy and creamy, I can never get enough of this casserole recipe.

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pepper, to taste
- 24 ounces package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can onion rings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown pork chops.
- Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onion rings.
- Spoon into casserole dish and top with pork chops.
- Bake at 350, covered for 40 minutes. Top with rest of onion rings and cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.

Member 5397475, you want to brown the pork chops in a skillet first; then later you will be baking all of the ingredients in a casserole in the oven. Read the directions CAREFULLY, they say brown pork chops which means in a skillet, maybe with a small amount of oil. "Can of onion rings" of course means the kind used in green bean casserole. Member 5397475, are you a new cook?

Looks tasty and filling. Do I "brown" the pork chops in a skillet or bake in the casserole dish in the oven? Also, are the onion rings the crispy type used in a green bean casserole?
