Shepherd’s Pie With Kielbasa
"Shepherd’s Pie with Kielbasa is a quick and hearty meal. Often with shepherd’s pie, the meat is browned ahead of time along with the vegetables. Not this one. The kielbasa is pre-cooked, and I skipped the vegetables in this version. I opted for a layer of creamy cheese to compliment the sauerkraut. Smooth out the mashed potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until hot the potatoes are beginning to brown. If you would like the potatoes a bit more browned, leave in for a bit longer. "
