Thanksgiving Broccoli Casserole
Every year, the traditional green bean casserole is one of the most popular side dishes for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Broccoli Casserole shakes things up by substituting broccoli for the green beans in the tried and true recipe. This recipe is also different because it has a butter cracker crust, which gives the casserole some crunch and lends it a richer flavor. This is a perfect family-style dish to serve at a Thanksgiving dinner. Don't be afraid to try new vegetable side dishes this Thanksgiving and make this easy casserole recipe.

This is an easy side dish that can be served anytime, not just at Thanksgiving. It sounds too good to only have it once a year. The buttered cracker crumbs provide a crunchy topping for the casserole. For a healthier version of this recipe, I would use healthy request cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, and reduced sodium soy sauce.
