Ingredients
- 1 can French style green beans, drained
- 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper, red or green, your choice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar or more
- Cheese Nips, crushed, for topping
- melted butter to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all this together in a big bowl and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Top with Cheese Nips and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
