I love the word Casserole it invariably means minimal preparation followed by oven cooking. To busy working mothers that is always a good combination, lol! In this recipe the basil is an inspired addition and what can one say about the parmesan other than DELICIOUS! Lol. This is an easy meal to prepare for the family on a week night after a long day at work and I will definitely be coming back to making it again and again!
