Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine milk, soup, and cheese.

In a small bowl combine salt, pepper and oregano.

Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.

Place one chicken breast in the center of each rectangle. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Top each with 1 tablespoon of the soup mixture.

Join together all four corners of the crescents to the center. Pinch together to form a pouch.

Spread ½ cup of the soup mixture along the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Place the stuffed rolls in the dish and pour the remaining soup mixture over the crescent rolls.

Top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.

I notice crescent rolls are the most popular kind of bread used in cooking. This chicken crescent roll looks so yummy. It reminds me of chicken turnovers. It look easy to make, good for snacks and food to bring to school.

Lucky me, I just bought crescent rolls and chicken breasts yesterday! I already have the cheese and soup on hand, too. Guess I'll be making this easy dish next week. I love easy, inexpensive, but filling, weeknight dinners. Thank goodness for crescent rolls!
