"Using leftover or rotisserie chicken this chicken salad is a snap to mix together!! Serve this dish on a croissant, your favorite wrap, or on a bed of lettuce. Using flavorful ingredients, this recipe is so yummy!! This is one of my favorite recipes if I’m hosting a luncheon. But sometimes I get such a craving for it I make it “just because” too!! Your family and friends will love this chicken salad, it's so good!"
