Why This is Such a Great Family Dinner
It can be difficult to find recipes that are really perfect for almost everyone in your family. But this is one of them!
Sour cream keeps this chicken recipe moist, so those who complain about dry chicken are sure to be satisfied.
Salty, nutty Parmesan cheese gives the chicken tons of flavor, so even picky eaters will come running to the table. Seasoned salt also gives it that extra kick!
Finally, this MIYM chicken is great for those following a low carb diet. Many chicken recipes are breaded, which can pose a problem for those trying to cut down on carbs. Instead this recipe uses layers of delicious ingredients like mayo and sour cream. There's barely a carb in sight.

My favorite way to cook chicken is slow-roasted in an open fire. It brings out the best qualities (moist tender, and flavorful) of the chicken.
