Chili
Ingredients
- 1 can chili beans, undrained
- 1 can chickpea, undraineds
- 2 cans red kidney bean, undraineds
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 to 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 small package TVP (about 2 packed cups)
- 1 to 2 packages of vegan TACO spice (NOT chili spice)
Instructions
Slice the veggies. Dump all in a large pot and simmer for 4 hours, stirring every 10-15 minutes or so.
