Tavern Chili

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can of beer
- 4 cups kidney beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons instant Masa corn flour
- Cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a large pot, brown the beef and drain fat.

Add and mix in remaining ingredients except Masa and cheddar cheese.

Simmer for 2 hours, occasionally stirring and tasting.

Stir in Masa to thicken up.
