Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (about 28 ounces) whole tomatoes, with juice
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
- 1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, bown ground beef with onion and green pepper over medium heat. Remove excess grease. Transfer meat and vegetables to slow cooker.
- Add garlic, whole tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, salt, ground cumin, and pepper to slow cooker and stir to blend. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
