Apparently this cake is "THE ABSOLUTE BEST, Mom!". I'm not a caramel fan but I made it today for a herd of giggling teenage girls. They loved it so much that they have devoured every last crumb, not bothering one bit about either the pimples or the kilograms to follow. so it has to be great, no?

This reminds me of a dump cake. You don't dump everything in a pan, stir, and bake though. You dump all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet ingredients, stir and dump in cake pan. As easy as making muffins. I love that it has no eggs. My chickens are not laying very well right now so I love no egg recipe. I have not tried pouring milk over the cake to eat though.
