I always say I'm going to learn to make homemade cranberry sauce and just in time for the holidays I find this recipe. Knowing what ingredients are in it is such a big deal to me but I've never used agave syrup before, it's a substitute for sugar right? The different variations are nice but my favorite is orange zest...it compliments the cranberries so wonderfully!

Thank goodness, I'm finally able to find this recipe, Classic Cranberry Sauce which is good to pair with chicken or pork recipes. The only cranberries I have ever had were the jellied one in a can. My son loves it. I will have to try this for Christmas dinner and maybe this will become our favorite cranberry sauce. The different variations that you can make sounds very delicious. I will give them all a try.

It was so simple to make! I doubled the recipe to make enough for my entire group. And it was perfect with the turkey :)

I prefer regular cranberry sauce from the can. But it was good.

It was a little tart for me, but that depends more on the cranberries. The recipe was great!

I am a lover of all things cranberry, and this cranberry sauce was delicious! It went perfectly with the turkey and stuffing and wasn't overpowering at all. Next time I might add some clementine oranges to it for an added pop of tart flavor!

So yummy! I went back for seconds after tasting this cranberry sauce! It pairs great with biscuits, turkey and stuffing!

absolutely the easiest and best cranberry sauce ever.
