Ingredients
- 1 pound walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 6 cups egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Beat egg whites until they are very stiff but not dry.

Add the sugar slowly while beating the stiff egg whites.

Sift flour lightly over beaten egg whites and fold in with a wire whick. Blend in vanilla extract and nuts.

Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet making sure they are about 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and let cool. Yields about 2 dozen cookies.
