Andes Mint Chocolate Cookies
"Soft, bakery style chocolate cookies featuring Andes mint chocolates for that perfect mint chocolate flavor! These cookies are both gluten free and eggless, and take less than an hour to make. Just whisk your flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, you’ll cream your butter and two types of sugar. Then you add your egg replacer and vanilla, add in your dry ingredients, mix until combined… and you’re practically done! Once the cookies are out of the oven, place an Andes mint chocolate right in the center and let it melt slightly. "
