"Chewy chocolate chip banana cookies - soft and chewy cookies that taste like chocolate chip banana bread. It's banana bread in cookie form! Usually banana cookies are cakey and more like a muffin top then a cookie. But these chocolate chip banana cookies are made without any eggs so that they stay nice and chewy rather then your usual cakey banana cookie. Banana bread in cookie form means we can have them for breakfast, right?! I think so."

I love banana bread and chocolate chip cookies, so anything that makes a combination of the two immediately gets me interested. I've had banana bread that incorporated chocolate chips before and it was quite good. This is a nice recipe and I like the fact that the dough is edible as is, due to the lack of eggs as an ingredient. I might try adding chunks of the dough to a bit of ice cream.
