Chocolate O' Henry Bars
"Chocolate O' Henry Bars are the perfect bar to make when you're in a hurry. The bottom layer is baked for 20 minutes, but the top layer is simply peanut butter and chocolate, so it goes together in two minutes. These are gluten-free, so perfect for large gatherings and church functions so everyone can enjoy a treat. The oatmeal bottom is moist and chewy, not dry, so it's easy to love. Make them often for your family."
