Double Chocolate Nutella Stuffed Cookies

"These cookies were made during a particularly cloudy day, and they made all the weather blues (I really hate cloudy days) disappear. The smell of the cookie dough was so delicious that I almost wanted to eat it all, but my head said ‘no, wait until the cookies are done baking to enjoy’. Sometimes you just have to follow your head and not your stomach. And then I had to wait a whole day until I got to take a bite (see my note below), but it was so worth the wait! Nutella just oozes out of these cookies and the buttery double chocolate chip flavor of the cookie itself is to die for (death by chocolate is the way to go)."
