Erin's Iced Sugar Cookie Cutouts
"With patience and a bit of practice, you too can make Erin's Iced Sugar Cookie Cutouts. An easy, tried-and-true sugar cookie recipe is first cut into dragonfly and butterfly shapes, then baked and cooled. Topped with homemade multi-colored icing piped through plastic food storage bags, no special equipment is needed (well, maybe a toothpick!)."
NotesWhile these cookies bake in no time, you need a minimum of 12 hours (24 hours is ideal) before serving to allow the icing to dry thoroughly.
