This Heart-Shaped Rice Krispie Treat Pops recipe is one that makes me wonder "why didn't I think of that?" The heart shape, the different colors, topped with the drizzle of icing and the rainbow sugar crystals and put on a lollipop stick make these the perfect treat for my little nephews fiesta themed birthday party. Love that I was able to adjust the recipe up to the number of servings I needed...big help!!
