Krumkake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
Beat eggs with wire whisk. Add sugar and beat until thick and forms a ribbon on itself. Beat in milk, butter, vanilla, stir in flour. Approx. 1 tbsp. batter per Krumkake. Bake on each side roll into cornucopia as soon as you take from the griddle.
