    "You've got to try these easy mint chocolate cookies. They're packed with mint chips inside the cookie batter. A thin layer of mint chocolate on top take these cookies over the top. They are a soft and chewy cookie filled with mint flavor. They don't last long around our house. Made with a cake mix, these cookies are SO fast to whip together. There are only five ingredients, cake mix, egg, oil, water and mint chocolate chips. "
