These peanut butter brownie cookie cups remind me of these cheesecake cookie cups my mom used to make when I was younger! I would add a little dollop of peanut or almond butter to these and/or maybe a little scoop of whipped cream of even ice cream! Would be fun to have at a kid's party and let everyone decorate their own!
