Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies why didn't I think of that. A favorite combination in cookie form. I did not go Gluten Free with the recipe. I used real butter, real egg and regular flour (that's just me), and they were absolutely terrific. The recipe is easy and straight forward and whips up in no time at all. So happy to enjoy one of my favorite sandwiches in a cookie.
