    Rolled Molasses Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup molasses
    • 1 cup butter or margarine
    • 2 tsps baking soda
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2/3 cup hot water
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 3 to 4 cups flour

    Instructions

    Soften margarine, then mix all ingredients together. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters, or the rim of a drinking glass. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees. Keep in an airtight container.
