Sour Cherry Chip Cookies

"I have a weakness for any kind of cherries. I adore this fabulous cookie. It’s filled with sour cherries. The smell of baking cake mix filled my house with the most wonderful fragrance. This cookie is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside–just what we like in a cookie. The original recipe calls for maraschino cherries although I always use sour cherries because it’s so much better! There’s only five ingredients in this cookie, and they’re quick and easy to make. I hope they become a family favorite for you, like they are for me! "
