Let the countdown to Christmas begin. I am always looking for something different to add to my cookie exchange each year, and these No Bake Christmas Tree Cookies have made the cut for this year. Of course I will add a little star to the top. The kids will enjoy helping make these too.

These are adorable! Get the kids involved with these unique Christmas tree cookies. Get creative with the toppings just like a real tree! Coconut is such a great ingredient because of its versatility. It makes the cookies look so realistic!
