I love snickerdoodles. I am definitely putting this on my list to make.The pumpkin should keep them nice and soft. Regular snickerdoodles seem to dry out so fast. Would it really matter if I used the whole egg instead of just the yolk? I don't know what I would do with just one egg white and I hate throwing out any food.
