If the dough is not firm enough to roll into balls, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours. The white chocolate filling requires 1-2 hours in the fridge to firm up.

Anything with the word 'Oreo' captures my attention! I thought actual Oreo's were in this recipe but it still looks really good! White chocolate is perfect for the winter, especially Christmastime so these would be a great cookie for the holidays!
