Strawberry Cookie Recipe

Strawberry shortcake is well known and well-loved dessert. These strawberry shortcake cookies are a fun twist on that classic dessert we all enjoy.  This version of the dessert is made with sugar cookies which are topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Slice your strawberries however you would like to decorate the top of the cookies. These cookies bake fast and need only eight minutes in the oven.
