I don't like to throw away any ingredient I have leftover especially if it doesn't last very long and I would like to use it up. I grow my own parsley and coriander so I cannot chop up some fresh leaves just to let them dry out in a bowl in the fridge. Love how this video details how to store every ingredient that you have leftover.

This is a really short video demonstrating freezing leftover ingredients without a Food Saver machine. I always have some liquid ingredients, like broth, leftover and now I know I can save those small quantities instead of throwing them out. Video covers labeling and dating freezer bags, freezing ingredients, and final storage in a plastic container in the freezer.
