This recipe sounds like what I have been looking for. I love the idea of using the crock pot. I needed a hands off dessert for New Year's Eve, and I think that this could be just the thing. Does anyone know if I could substitute something for the corn syrup? I have honey, would that possibly work? I have some guests that can't have corn syrup, and I really want everyone to be able to eat this.
