Slow Cooker Beer and Brown Sugar Pulled Chicken Sliders
Who knew that chicken and beer made such a good combination? This Slow Cooker Beer and Brown Sugar Pulled Chicken Sliders recipe combines chicken and beer in a savory masterpiece. When choosing a beer to use to flavor the chicken, pay close attention to the ABV (alcohol by volume) of your beer. Beers with a higher ABV have a higher tenderizing power, which is a good way to give your chicken a more potent flavor. Let the chicken cook for about four hours on low, and then serve up on slider buns.

This sounds ideal for a day when I'm working outside and needing something really tasty when I'm done. This definitely fits the bill. I love cooking with beer and the higher the ABV the better. I saw where someone suggested using King's Hawaiian Rolls, and I'd like to see if I can find some onion slider buns for use with this. There's a link off the recipe for some homemade beer slider buns which also look really tempting.
