Cayman Island Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
- 2 16 oz. cans tomato puree
- 2 16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
- 2/3 cup catsup
- 1 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Brown ground beef and drain off the liquid. In slow cooker (slow cooker) combine all ingredients, and stir well. Cover. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf and serve. 10 servings.
