A lovely classic chicken dish with no fancy ingredients or flavors. It allows the wonderful chicken flavor to permeate the whole dish and I am so pleased that I used an organically raised chicken because that actual tastes like chicken! We paired ours with roasted fresh garden vegetables and the whole family loved the meal.
