- 2 cups milk
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 12 ounces Sharp cheddar
- 4 ounces American cheese

- 1 teaspoon black pepper and dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup butter
