Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds pork butt, shoulder or blade roast
- 15 ounces can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on: Low for 10 hours High for 5 hours
