Ingredients
- 1 or 2 rabbits, cut in pieces
- butter or margarine
- 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced into rings
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- salt
- pepper
- pinch basil,
- 1/2 tsp chicken boullion granules
Instructions
Brown rabbit pieces in butter or margarine if desired. Place in bottom of crock, cover with a layer of onion rings, add mushrooms, mushroom soup, salt, pepper, basil, and chicken boullion granules. Cook at low all day. Serve with potatoes or broad noodles, or rice.
