So we are enthusiastic cooks but still on the lower rungs of the cooking ladder. Also we live in a rural area where potato soup in cans has not been heard of. Anyway we overcame that problem and made this slow cooker roast anyway because we are so in love with this magic new machine. It was a lovely meal, even without the potato soup.
